<li>2 oz Mezcal Canto de Lobo</li>



<li>1 oz Sweet Vermouth</li>



<li>2 dashes of Angostura Bitters</li>



<li>A cherry or an orange twist for garnish</li>
</ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Instructions</h2>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>Chill your cocktail glass in the freezer.</li>



<li>In a mixing glass, combine the mezcal, sweet vermouth, and bitters with ice.</li>



<li>Stir well until the mixture is chilled.</li>



<li>Strain into the chilled glass.</li>



<li>Garnish with a cherry or an orange twist.</li>

<li>0.5 oz &#8211; Agave Syrup</li>



<li>3-4 Dashes &#8211; Aromatic Bitters</li>



<li>Garnish: Orange Peel</li>



<li>Glassware: Old Fashioned</li>
</ul>

<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>Add all the ingredients into mixing glass without ice. </li>



<li>Add ice and stir until chilled.</li>



<li>Strain into the glass over a large ice cube.</li>



<li>Express orange oils over glass.</li>



<li>Garnish and enjoy.</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ingredients</h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>1½ oz. fresh lime juice</li>



<li>1½ oz. Mezcal Canto de Lobo</li>



<li>1 oz. Amaro Montenegro or Nonino</li>



<li>1 tsp. light agave nectar</li>



<li>1 large egg white</li>



<li>Angostura bitters and lime twist (for serving)</li>
</ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Instructions</h2>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>Shake lime juice, mezcal, amaro, agave, and egg white in a cocktail shaker (or in a tightly lidded 1-qt. glass jar) until frothy, about 1 minute.</li>



<li>Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake again until outside is frosty, about 30 seconds.</li>



<li>Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a coupe glass.</li>



<li>Garnish with a few drops of Angostura bitters (drag a toothpick through drops to create a swirly pattern if you wish).</li>



<li>Top with a lime twist.</li>

<li>1 oz Blanco Tequila</li>



<li>1 oz mezcal Canto de Lobo</li>



<li>1/2 oz fresh lime juice</li>



<li>2 oz fresh grapefruit juice</li>



<li>1/2 oz honey</li>



<li>1 oz sparkling water (We like Topo Chico)</li>



<li>Sliced jalapeño</li>



<li>Chili salt: mix pink Himalayan salt and Tajín seasoning together in a small bowl</li>



<li>Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a handful of rosemary sprigs</li>
</ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Instructions</h2>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>Mix equal parts pink Himalayan salt and Tajín in a small bowl. Transfer to a plate and spread across the plate evenly. Wet the rim of a cocktail glass with a lime wedge, then dip the cocktail glass upside down into the chili salt mixture to line the rim.</li>



<li>Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add tequila, mezcal, lime juice, grapefruit juice, a jalapeño slice, and honey.</li>



<li>Strain into an ice-filled glass and add a splash of Topo Chico on top.</li>



<li>Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a rosemary sprig.</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ingredients</h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Mezcal Canto de Lobo.</li>



<li>Fresh citrus- limes and an orange (or sub a mandarin, tangerine, grapefruit!)</li>



<li>Triple Sec or Orange liquor like Grand Marnier</li>



<li>Sweetener- Agave, honey syrup, or maple syrup</li>



<li>Fresh jalapeno slices (optional)</li>



<li>Fresh cilantro (optional)</li>



<li>Salt for the rim</li>
</ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Instructions</h2>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>Rub the rims of 2 glasses with lime, then dip the rims into a small plate of salt. Fill the glasses with ice. Place the jalapeño and cilantro in a shaker (or a jar with a lid). Muddle. Add ice to ⅔ full.</li>



<li>Add lime juice and or other citrus. Add the Mezcal, Orange liqueur and sweetener of choice.</li>



<li>Shake well and taste- adjusting sweetness and lime. Find the right balance ( for you!).</li>



<li>Pour into the salt-rimmed glasses over ice, or serve strained and up like a martini.</li>



<li>Garnish with a lime slice.</li>
